Scheme Overview

The system performs dry leak detection on gas-insulated switchgear. It simultaneously evacuates both the workpiece and the vacuum chamber, ensuring the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the workpiece does not exceed 0.05 MPa. Introduce helium gas into the workpiece and employ the vacuum chamber method for helium mass spectrometer leak detection to assess the qualification of the tested workpiece. Then recover and recycle the helium gas from the tested workpiece, and finally fill the workpiece with the specified pressure of SF6 working gas.
