Scheme Overview
This equipment is designed for testing the gas tightness of finished cylindrical steel shell lithium batteries (hereinafter referred to as batteries). After manually placing a stack of trays with batteries in the feeding area, a single tray is conveyed to the helium pressurization station. The tray is placed inside the helium pressurization box for pressurization, and then the manipulator moves the tray to the helium discharge station. The pressurized batteries are purged and allowed to sit before proceeding to the testing station. After scanning the battery cell QR code, the batteries are loaded into a vacuum chamber for helium mass spectrometry gas tightness detection. Following VOC detection, the tested batteries are classified as either OK or NG. OK workpieces are returned to the material box, which then flows out with the production line. NG materials are manually checked again on a manual device.
